I consider myself a holistic skater, as I believe that my emotional, spiritual, and physical health can tie together to improve my overall self. Philosophically, holistic refers to the belief that all parts relate to the whole and impact each other. I follow a paleo diet and have always believed that nutritional and spiritual choices impact physical performance. I also enjoy learning about nutrition and fitness and will post links to other sites that tackle a particularly interesting issue.
